It is just a short walk away from the famous Blue Flag beach and close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which includes restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast. 

The property has four bedrooms and sleeps eight people. There is also a double garage and a driveway for a further two cars and a private garden to the rear making The Beach House ideal for a larger family to holiday by the sea. 

Entrance level/First Floor 

The steps from the drive lead to the first floor and the main entrance. The hallway leads to a bright and spacious open plan area which includes the dining, living and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with Neff appliances including an oven and hob, integrated microwave, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. The dining area has patio door which lead to a large balcony which overlooks the front of the property. Leading from the living area is a bright conservatory which is ideal extra space for larger families. The conservatory has a door to steps leading down to the garden. There is also and a w/c on this level. 

Ground/garden level 

On this level there is a large king size bedroom with patio doors leading to a garden room with access to the garden. There is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge freezer and a shower room with a double shower cubicle. The double garage is also accessed from this level. 

To the rear of the property is a large, private garden with a decked area and seating. The mature planting and palm trees make this an ideal spot for an evening barbeque after a day on the beach.

Second/top floor 

At the top of the property there are a further three bedrooms. The master king size bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a Juliette balcony which overlooks the garden to the rear. There is a twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
